Duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end claims across motor, property, and liabilities portfolios
- Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Assess and process claims in line with company policies and insurer guidelines
- Negotiate settlements with insurers to achieve the best possible results for clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance and reporting standards are met
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve timely and effective claims resolution
We are looking for someone with:
- Up to 5 years’ experience as a Claims Consultant
- Previous experience in claims management, particularly in motor, property, and liability claims
- Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex claims scenarios
- A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple claims efficiently
