What you'll be doing
An opportunity for a Records Management Officer has come available at an accounting firm on St Kilda road.
Due to changes within the firm, they are seeking a Records Management Officer to assist and report to the Practice Manager to work as part of the Records Management team and work projects.
This role has potential for career growth.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Records management experience ideally in an Accounting or Legal practice
- Proficiency in MDS Suite
- Comfortable with new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Have strong focus on time management and attention to detail
- The ability to work well in team environment
- Must be reliable, flexible, adaptable, and can-do attitude
- Positive and proactive in approach
- Ability to be organised and be able to meet deadlines
- Maintain and understand the importance of confidentiality of documents being handled
