Remuneration: ASO7 ($108,109 - $116,864 per annum) + 11.5% Superannuation
We are seeking a Team Leader, Business and Executive Support to join our team on a full-time term basis.
Role Responsibilities:
- Leading, developing and managing the provision of business functions, executive support and projects within the Office of the Chief Executive and Child and Young Person Services.
- Providing expert advice to executives, colleagues and other government agencies and maintaining effective consultative and working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Supervising and providing leadership to executive support and administrative staff, including identifying staff development needs and opportunities to improve departmental performance.
- Promoting a culture of cross-team and cross-agencies collaboration and maintaining a culture of performance, professionalism and continuous improvement within the team.
Ideal Candidate Capabilities:
We are looking for a confident leader with significant experience in developing and leading successful programs of work.
To be successful in this role, you will have high level interpersonal skills and be experienced in providing comprehensive written and verbal briefings and advice on complex issues to key stakeholders.
You will have a proven ability to identify and deliver strategic and operational outcomes, as well as an expansive knowledge of client services, financial and workforce management practices.
