Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.

Duties
  • Coordinate the effective, efficient and accurate real-time administration and publication of funding and disclosure requirements using regulatory technology (an online portal), concurrently with the establishment and maintenance of public facing registers and policies.
  • Represent the Legislation and Compliance team on the system development project team and maintenance working group(s), providing expert input and leadership as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective processes for the ongoing management, evaluation and publication of Parliamentary donation disclosures, election expenditure returns, election and administration funding payments and refunds.
  • Liaise with candidates, registered political parties and other scheme participants to support their compliance with the scheme, providing authoritative guidance and support.
  • Develop and maintain detailed processes for the ongoing management, evaluation and publication of local government candidate expenditure and printer, publisher and broadcaster returns.
  • Develop comprehensive content for education and training material for political participants, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyse party, candidate and donor misconduct risk areas including collaborating with the Manager Compliance and Investigations in the establishment of audits.
  • Assist with any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Manager Compliance and Investigations, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
