Are you ready to trade the hustle and bustle for starlit skies, rugged landscapes, and a leadership role that makes a real impact? We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Lodge Manager to join our team in one of Australia’s most spectacular off-the-grid destinations.

- Leading daily lodge operations with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Working alongside all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Creating a welcoming, unforgettable stay for each guest – from warm greetings to curated activities
- Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a team of around 20 staff who live and work on-site
- Managing everything from stocktakes and budgets to risk management and training
- Supporting the General Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service standards across all lodge operations
- Manage costs effectively and support sustainable business practices
- Lead and develop your team through training, guidance, and support
- Oversee guest relations, administration, and daily logistics
- Maintain lodge equipment, facilities, and vehicles
- Drive staff engagement, well-being, and retention strategies
- Work cross-functionally with guides, hospitality, and leadership teams
You’re someone who thrives in unique, remote environments and knows how to create magic in the details. You lead with empathy, think on your feet, and know that the little touches often make the biggest impact. You bring energy, care, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.
Requirements
- First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 & HLTAID009)
- RSA Certificate
- MR Driver’s License
- NT Driver Accreditation
- National Police Clearance
