Location: Remote but must be within close proximity to Griffith, NSW.We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who’s passionate about technology, agriculture, and sales. You’ll be part of a fast-growing team that’s delivering AI-powered insights to commercial farms and agribusinesses around the world.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll have full ownership of the sales process - from prospecting through to close - while being backed by a world-class product and technical support team.

- Managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiation and closing;
- Working closely with product and customer success teams to deliver real value to clients; and
- Staying on top of industry trends and contributing to the company’s growth strategy.
- 2-3+ years of success in B2B sales or business development (agri, tech, or SaaS preferred but NOT essential);
- A natural hunter with strong pipeline-building skills;
- Confident working autonomously and managing your own sales process;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; and
- A passion for agriculture, sustainability, or emerging technology is a strong bonus.
