About the Role:
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Officer to join the warehouse team in Prestons. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching domestic and international orders efficiently and accurately, while upholding the company's high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the packing and shipment of domestic and international customer orders
- Manage dispatch of inventory and subsidiary orders
- Ensure all orders are shipped within required timeframes and escalate delays
- Maintain high accuracy in order fulfilment as per KPIs
- Keep the dispatch area clean, organised, and efficient
- Liaise with freight providers including UPS, DHL, OpenFreight, TOLL, and StarTrack
- Provide general product information to customers at point of collection
- Maintain and build product knowledge and proficiency in systems such as Netsuite and Confluence
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Assist with other warehouse and administration tasks as required

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Previous warehouse experience, preferably in pick/pack and dispatch roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Good understanding of the automotive or performance industry is desirable
- Proficient in English and basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, Netsuite)
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks (lifting, bending, standing)
