Do you have a passion for sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a role that offers flexibility? Stratpharma is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week) and make a real impact in the pharmacy sector!

Join a Swiss based medical device company that is committed to providing clinically proven, evidence based over the counter products in wound care, scar management, and oncology treatment to the Australian pharmacy and hospital markets.

Your Role:

As a Pharmacy Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Stratpharma, building strong relationships with pharmacies and driving sales growth for our exciting range of products. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own territory, use your sales expertise, and see the direct results of your efforts!

What You'll Do:

  • Hit Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed your monthly, cycle, and annual sales targets within your designated territory.
  • Expand Our Reach: Increase the distribution and volume of Stratpharma products in existing pharmacies and bring our products to new ones.
  • Develop Key Accounts: Promote and grow our products within Pharmacy Groups, building market share for our key brands.
  • Merchandise & Promote: Negotiate prime shelf space, implement eye-catching POS displays, and plan promotional activities to boost brand awareness.
  • Educate & Inspire: Conduct product knowledge and sales training programs for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants, creating a positive sales environment.
  • Generate Pull Through: Deliver literature and samples to GPs to drive customer demand for our products in pharmacies.
  • Become a Product Expert: Develop and maintain exceptional knowledge of Stratpharma products and stay informed about competitor offerings.
  • Manage Your Territory: Keep your territory's CRM details up-to-date, ensuring accurate store profiles and efficient territory management.
  • Plan Your Week: Develop effective call patterns with your manager to ensure all pharmacies are serviced regularly, with key accounts receiving monthly attention.
  • Stay Organized: Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time, including timesheets, expense reports, and CRM updates.
  • Manage Stock & Materials: Maintain allocated stock and marketing materials, ensuring they are in excellent condition and used effectively.
  • Be a Team Player: Participate in trade shows, sales meetings, and conferences, and collaborate with your team to achieve success.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of the pharmacy retail market and pharmacy wholesalers.
  • Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Strong territory management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • A valid driver's license.
