Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring positive and professional communication
- Maintain an information system that supports and enhances the provision of accurate documentation and administration
- Develop, review and maintain personalised care plans in consultation with resident, family and carers which based on the assessment findings of individual needs
- Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams
- Monitor and assess the quality of care provided, identifying improvements
- Assist in the review and maintenance of the clinical programs and initiatives
To be successful in this role
- Current APHRA Registration
- Current National Criminal History Record (Police Check)
- Strong written and international skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years in Aged Care Facility
- Valid Working Rights
- COVID vaccination evidence in line with current requirements
