About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Education and Training Administration team based in our Mildura office. Reporting to the State Training Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling phone, email, and public enquiries
- General administration tasks
- Coordinating training projects
- Administering enrolment paperwork and data entry
- Maintaining records in the Student Management System
- Providing high-quality administration with excellent communication skills
- Supporting the delivery of funded courses and meeting contractual obligations
- Assisting students and staff as needed
Skills And Experiences
About You: To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous RTO experience and/or knowledge of VET systems and government funding is highly regarded
- Intermediate digital skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Working with Children's and Police Check Clearance required upon commencement
