Are you a claims management professional with experience across Workcover claims and/or eligibility; We would be open to someone who has an occupational therapy background looking to move into more strategic operations in the longer term.
Both of these positions are suited to up-and-coming case managers, Occupational rehab providers or workcover premium case managers who are looking to further their experience and exposure to the wider workcover programme.
This position will see you work alongside the senior account managers to gain further understanding as you build your repertoire of skills in this space.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive and engaged client relationship built on providing expert advice for any claim-impacting and related questions or concerns. The position will develop your sound understanding of claims from a Victorian perspective. However, you will also gain experience across additional jurisdictions which will give your career a distinct advantage. The role will be working across clients on a national level, so you must be open to learning other state's processes as well.

Requirements

• Demonstrated claims and/or Occupational rehabilitation experience within the Victorian Worker's compensation scheme is required.
