As our Regulatory Coordinator, reporting to the Manager Regulatory Affairs, you will provide administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs team to assist in ensuring compliance.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be able to support the team with reporting procedures to ensure that statutory reporting requirements are accurately completed within prescribed time frames and standards.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Administer the personnel databases inclusive of licensing requirements to ensure systems are in place for the accurate and timely provision of information in accordance with legislative and auditing requirements.
  • Maintain and update systems to check that all relevant employees are in possession of appropriate regulatory licences upon commencement of their duties.
  • Assist the Regulatory Manager investigate non-compliant issues and prepare reporting to the regulator recommending necessary action required.
  • Assist with the completion of statutory reporting requirements within prescribed time frames and ensure accuracy of reporting.
  • Assist new licence applicants and current licence holders prepare license applications and supporting documentation, understand the licensing process and their obligations under relevant legislation.

You are an expert at providing guidance to large organisations, helping them navigate complex regulatory frameworks, interpret laws and implement necessary changes to policies and procedures. You have a passion for helping businesses in maintaining integrity, upholding ethical standards and fostering a culture of compliance.

Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Regulatory Affairs teams to assist in ensuring compliance at The Star Sydney.
