Cook
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes.
Inspire and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards and pride in their work.
Conduct menu planning, including regular specials, taking into account seasonal quality and product availability.
Maintain effective communication with management, kitchen team, and front-of-house staff.
Daily Duties:
coordinate daily delivery from the central kitchen
prepare and cooking food for daily menu
coordinate and prepare all catering orders
present food in display
manage accurate stock control and ordering
maintain a well-presented, clean and hygienic work environment
problem solve
Essential Skills and Experience:
Comprehensive experience in preparation and presentation of a variety of dishes.
at least 3 year of relevant professional experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Formal qualifications beneficial but not essential; relevant experience is a must.
