We have a Senior Treatment Plant Operator role available in our Luggage Point team!
The Senior Treatment Plant Operator (TR1) is accountable for providing front line level leadership and technical support to ensure that day to day operational performance outcomes are achieved on our Resource Recovery Centres, including; safety, production, compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements and financial performance.
Some of your accountabilities will include:

Support the reliable and efficient delivery of customer service activities, beyond core wastewater treatment, including the provision of recycled water, off network waste and co-digestion receivals.

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for planned and emergency repairs, including ensuring accurate work order prioritisation and onsite coordination of maintenance activities considering operational and project needs.

Follow the organisation's HS&E policies, procedures and mandatory instructions; to identify, report and take action to mitigate risks and hazards, to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.

Develop knowledge and understanding of the organisation's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
