This full-time role will see you working alongside another full-time ECT (with educator support) in managing a small group with its own outdoor play area and building.
What we need from you
Our perfect candidate will ooze passion for their practices, be dedicated, confident, and well-versed in contemporary early childhood pedagogy and practice. In addition, we also require:
- The completion of an ACECQA-approved Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
- Experience working in a similar setting
- Current First Aid
- A current Blue Card allowing you to work
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and QKLG
- Ability to work on a rotating roster
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with all stakeholders
