About the role:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing campaigns, manage content creation, and assist with project coordination. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, this role helps ensure our brand messaging is consistent, creative, and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Consistency
- Support the delivery of a cohesive brand experience by ensuring all marketing assets and communications reflect our values, tone, and visual identity.
Content & Copywriting
- Create engaging written and visual content across various channels—including blogs, case studies, social media, email, and product marketing—to drive engagement and support campaign goals. This includes collaborating with key customers on case studies and conducting field work to support content development.
Campaign Execution
- Contribute to the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print channels, with a strong focus on B2B initiatives.
Project Coordination
- Help manage timelines, assets, and team input for marketing initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and meet business priorities.
Performance Tracking
- Assist in gathering marketing data, analysing campaign results, and producing reports with actionable insights to refine future strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and operations, as well as external partners, to align on messaging, objectives, and deliverables.
Social Media Management
- Oversee day-to-day social media activities—scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance to ensure brand visibility and responsiveness.
About You
You’re a proactive and creative marketer who loves crafting content and delivering results. You're hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy collaborating across teams.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Campaign Monitor (or similar), Excel, Canva/Powerpoint and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- An eye for design and attention to detail.
- Experience in the Building Materials industry is a bonus but not mandatory.
