What you’ll do:

The Project Support Officer provides project managers and clients with project support, estimates, project information and reports and a project support service. The Project Support Officer is responsible for entering opportunities and Projects into the CRM and CPPM systems, co-ordinating travel and resources and other administrative duties as directed by the project manager that they are supporting.

What you’ll bring:

Some of your key skills and experience may include:

  • Certification IV in Project Management highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a role in business or finance administration where you had a high degree of project work.
  • Ideally you have worked within an engineering, design, construction, trade or similar organisation.
  • Experience in the use of project management software packages, such as MS Project and an understanding of cost and schedule control is desirable.
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead others.
  • Strong reporting skills.
