Description:
This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
- Ideal Start date: Once training is completed, the start date will be imminent
- Work Rights: Full working rights in AU
- Paid Training will likely be in the week of the 17th of June.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and provide a professional, welcoming experience
* Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and offer service information
* Conduct pre-appointment calls and liaise with internal admin teams
* Accept and organise tax return drop-offs
* Maintain schedules, monitor workflow, and support staffing coordination
* Verify payment details and manage client data using HandiSoft
* Process payments, manage office banking, and respond to emails promptly
* Maintain a paperless environment and uphold COVID-safe protocols
* Monitor office supplies and support daily operational upkeep
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in reception or administrative support
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Professional presentation and a team-focused attitude
* Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
