About the Role
As the Enrolled Nurse at RobertsonStirling Health Centre, you will provide outpatient assessment and health promotion services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assess care levels required for patients and set priorities accordingly, initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses and be available to take last-minute shifts, ensuring flexible and responsive healthcare delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will have :
- A current, unconditional, and unrestricted registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- At least 2 years’ full-time post-registration nursing experience within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent), in an acute care, primary healthcare, or military setting.
- Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
- A current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
- Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Defence security clearance

About the Stirling Health Centre
Located approximately 45km South of Perth, the Stirling Health Centre is on base at HMAS Stirling on Garden Island. This base has a 4km causeway that connects the island to the mainland of Rockingham, and the health centre itself offers physiotherapy, dentistry, pharmaceutical, general medical and outpatient services, and provides support to the Submarine and Underwater Medicine Unit. Its standard hours of operation are 0730-1600, Monday-Friday.
