Your Mission
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you’ll be the glue that keeps clients smiling and teams humming—helping us deliver More Advice to More Lives every single day.
- Champion client happiness – answer questions, solve issues and celebrate wins.
- Elevate our service – gather insights, spot trends and help design wow-factor workflows.
- Smooth onboarding – guide new clients every step of the way, from first hello to signed-up pro.
- Collaborate across the business – partner with advisers, tech, compliance and ops to keep everything seamless.
- Own the data – maintain spotless CRM records, track KPIs and turn numbers into improvement ideas.
- Be our industry connector – nurture relationships with advisers and external partners.
About you:
- 2–3 years in a client-facing financial-services role (advice, insurance, banking or similar).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication—you make complex things simple and build trust fast.
- Calm, solutions-first mindset when juggling priorities or smoothing bumps in the road.
- Confident with CRMs and Microsoft 365; bonus points for wealth-management software know-how.
- A flair for teamwork—your positivity lifts the whole room.
- Eager to keep learning: qualifications in finance or customer service are valued but not essential.
