Responsibilities
What you will Do?
• Manage telephone calls efficiently, ensuring they reach the appropriate parties promptly
• Welcome and sign in visitors
• Coordinate mail and deliveries seamlessly, ensuring timely distribution and receipt
• Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements, meeting all specifications as necessary
• Ensure all meeting rooms and the reception area uphold a high standard of presentation
Your Profile
Your Skills
- Japanese language skill is a must
- Strong focus on customer service to maintain and enhance service levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, ensuring operational efficiency
- Proficiency in office applications, including intermediate MS Office tools
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions with diverse audiences
- Capability to work autonomously or as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability
