About You- Located in Mackay with travel to Proserpine, Sarina and Cannonvale
- Prior experience within the Employment Services Industry is highly desirable
- Transferrable skills from Sales, Marketing or Customer Service industry
- Passionate about finding people employment
- Business development experience is highly desirable
- A resilient attitude with the ability to adapt
- Ability to work from the office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role

Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include
- Collaborate with AimBig Employment sites and other Workforce Australia Providers to establish community networks and projects that deliver the program objectives within the region
- Develop and negotiate project proposals, contracts and agreements appropriate to self-sourced activities
- Develop cost effective budgets for relevant activities within set limits as per current performance and business expectations
- Provide support to undertake, review and update risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies for all activities
- Manage and support participant attendance, participation and WHS needs for Work for the Dole activities
- Timely and appropriate management, investigation and reporting of incidents (e.g. behavioural, accident, damage to property) as per relevant guidelines with regular review and monitoring of all activities and hosts
