What Are We Looking For

Reporting to the CEO, we are currently recruiting for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a proven track record in Microsoft stack. The core responsibility of this role will see the successful candidate effectively identifies opportunities, closes deals, and builds long-term relationships between Exco Partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements
  • Be updated latest developments in the Microsoft ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales role within the IT.
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft tech stack including MS Dynamics, Power Apps, Power Platform and Azure
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
