Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend People & Culture strategies, including Safety and Environment, to support business objectives.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to meet workforce needs.
- Oversee office administration and facility management functions.
- Lead employee relations, compensation and benefits, onboarding, security, health and safety.
- Plan and manage training initiatives to meet organisational and employee development needs, including the creation of tailored training modules.
- Ensure all People & Culture activities comply with applicable legislation, internal policies, and governance standards.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across local and international teams to support organisational goals.
- Prepare budgets, business plans, and management reports for corporate stakeholders.
- Assist with the coordination of corporate events and employee engagement activities.
- Manage corporate travel arrangements, including vendor liaison and contract negotiation.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist across the full employee lifecycle
- Proficient in end-to-end payroll processing using Employment Hero
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, WHS, and EEO compliance
- Skilled in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Experience in training coordination and development of learning initiatives
- Able to manage office administration, facilities, and corporate travel
- Confident communicator with experience supporting local and international teams
