A great opportunity for an aspiring Investor Services Officer has now become available at a growing fund manager.This exciting and diverse role is responsible for providing operational support and client services to investors and financial advisers and is integral to the ongoing success and growth of the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing new business applications for investment products and portal onboarding;
- Processing administrative support arising from requests, changes or withdrawals, redemptions and switches;
- Responding to inbound email, website and telephone enquiries from both clients and internal stakeholders;
- Conducting follow up calls for marketing campaigns or customer satisfaction surveys; AND
- Working closely with investors and financial advisers to facilitate quality customer experience.
Technical Skills & Qualifications required include:
- 1-4 years’ experience within an Operations, Administration or Client Services role;
- Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to build strong relationships;
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail;
- The ability to think through situations and present solutions instead of problems;
- Results-driven with the initiative to drive excellent outcomes for clients; AND
- A team player with a positive mindset, willingness to learn and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
