A day in the life
As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:
Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team membersDriving the Ghanda values with your store teamMaintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand directionLiaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor spacePreparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational valuesWho thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriouslyWith similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
