WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Educational Background: Tertiary level education in a relevant human services discipline (or currently pursuing).Essential Registration: Core/sufficient registration with the NDIS commission specific to carrying out PBS work.Community Focused: Willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home and schools. Positive Behaviour Support: Ideally, a minimum of 6 months experience in positive behaviour support.Passion and Enthusiasm: We seek individuals who are fun, passionate, and excited about the meaningful work we do.Licenses and Checks: Hold or be eligible for an Australian driver’s licence, WWCC, and satisfactory police check.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Flexible Work Options: Full-time or part-time (minimum of 4 days per week) permanent position with flexible working hours. Remote Role: Work from home and in the community, based anywhere around Cockburn. Diverse Caseload: Provide high-quality support in home and community settings such as schools and group homes.Person-Centred Plans: Develop evidence-informed positive behaviour support plans aligned with individuals' goals and NDIS plans.Comprehensive Assessments: Use functional assessment tools to conduct physical and interpersonal assessments in various environments.Therapeutic Interventions: Support engagement, emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills through therapeutic interventions.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy full flexibility to complete reporting and administration from home.
LiveBig is a specialist allied health organisation providing therapy and assessment services for people with disability, including those on a NDIS plan. We provide services at home and in the community and operate across four states.
