Are you a superstar organiser with a passion for people and a love for the great outdoors? As our Bookings Administrator, you'll be the friendly voice behind every group adventure at Phillip Island Adventure Resort! From handling initial inquiries to confirming reservations and making sure every detail is just right, you’ll be the go-to person for schools, community groups, and adventure-seekers looking to experience the best of what our resort has to offer.
Your day-to-day will include juggling calls and emails, keeping our booking system in tip-top shape, and working hand-in-hand with our operations crew to make sure every guest has an unforgettable stay. You’ll also lend a hand with admin tasks, help promote awesome resort packages, and make magic happen behind the scenes.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is a master at multitasking, and loves creating seamless guest experiences. If you're ready to bring your organisational A-game and positive energy to a team that loves what they do, we want to hear from you!
You're a natural people-person with a knack for keeping things running smoothly — calendars, spreadsheets, and conversations included! Whether you're answering a flurry of emails or helping a guest group plan their next big adventure, you bring a calm, can-do attitude and a friendly voice to every interaction.
You’ve got some experience under your belt in admin or customer service (bonus points if it’s in tourism or hospitality), and you're confident using computers and booking systems. Organisation is your middle name, and details don’t stand a chance of slipping past you. You’re a great communicator, love being part of a team, and aren’t afraid to take the reins when needed.
Most importantly, you’re someone who genuinely cares about creating smooth, enjoyable experiences for others — and you’re not afraid to have a little fun while you do it.
