About the role
The Vocational Taster Experiences program will expose 675 students to VET offerings at Federation TAFE. You will provide crucial support to internal and external stakeholders to deliver the Vocational Taster Experiences initiative and will be the conduit between schools, student, program areas and local learning and employment networks to ensure a seamless student experience.
Travel throughout the Ballarat and Wimmera region and at times wider Victoria will be required.
You will:market and promote materials for the Vocational Taster Experiences program offerings amongst schools and other external stakeholders;develop and implement plans and processes around meeting program key performance indicators;obtain and analyse feedback metrics from students and schools to implement necessary change and adaptations; andinfluence schools to take part in the program.
About you
You will have demonstrated ability to provide end-to-end project management, marketing services and customer support in a complex education setting. In addition, you will have experience in building and maintaining effective business relationships and able to deliver effective and timely communication to stakeholders.
You will possess demonstrated:problem solving, organisational and time management skills;ability to prioritise work demands to meet conflicting deadlines;outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well across all levels of management and personnel; andstrong attention to detail and high level of accountability and experience in dealing with confidential information.
