Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)/Home and Community Care (HACC): Permanent Full-Time | 80 hours per fortnight including monthly ADOAcute services: Fixed-Term Part-Time position Parental Leave Cover | 60.8 hours per fortnight. (from May 2025 until June 2026)
About The Role
Grampians Health is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team across 2 current vacancies. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment where you can thrive professionally and personally.
In these roles, you will manage a diverse and challenging clinical caseload including neurological, medical, surgical, orthopaedic, oncology, and aged care cohorts, working across hospital and home-based environments. Your expertise in occupational therapy assessment and intervention will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across a range of clinical settings.Manage a varied caseload, providing tailored interventions for patients with diverse needs.Supervise and mentor students and fellow Occupational Therapists.Demonstrate positive and collaborative teamwork skills.Communicate effectively and engage with key stakeholders.
