Role Details
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide an efficient administrative support service to the Executive Director within the Out of Home Care Directorate on afull-time term basis.
In this dynamic role, you will be:
- Providing a high-level liaison, secretarial and administrative support service to the Executive Director.
- Preparing correspondence, documents, agendas, supporting materials and briefs.
- Collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders including agency officers, ministerial staff and public sector personnel.
- Managing the appointment diary and actioning all incoming correspondence to support the Executive Director.
- Contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of projects.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in providing effective administrative functions and constructive recommendations where necessary.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Expertise in providing a high quality confidential executive support by maintaining complete confidentiality in a professional manner.
- Efficient time management skills to manage high volumes of work, competing priorities and meeting critical deadlines.
