Lead by example, mentoring & inspiring your team on a daily basisSupport your Store Manager in coaching the team to achieve & develop their knowledge and skillsLead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experienceEnsure the safety of the store, team members and customers by maintaining a safe work environment at all timesSupport your Store Manager in stock management, ensuring stock is maintained and accurateAssist in managing visual merchandising (VM) of stock displays, ensuring VM standards are kept toBe proactive in making sure you keep your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services we provideRecruit, onboard, and induct high calibre new Team MembersContribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work every dayPro-actively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships
What We Need…
Experience in a similar store leadership role or ready to take that next step up in your retail management careerDemonstrated success in driving salesStrong leadership with ability to motivate and build a high performing team, with a positive cultureHigh degree of resilience & ability to priorities and manage conflicting prioritiesAbility to create a positive culture of safetyDemonstrated ability to achieve & exceed sales targetsEstablished business acumenAbility to be flexible in order to meet changing work conditionsHigh degree of interpersonal & communication skills
