About The RoleInverloch Mitre10 is seeking an outgoing individual to join the team as a Full Time Retail Sales Assistant. This position will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. Working with various team members, you will have excellent interpersonal skills to build solid, long-term relationships.
What you will be doing;
Welcoming and assisting customers at the front counter Processing sales through our POS system Answering phone enquiries and helping with click-and-collect orders Keeping the front-of-store area neat, organised, and well-stocked Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver excellent customer service
What you will bring;
Paint or nursery knowledge preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team Effective time management skills A passion for Customer Service High level of verbal skills Outgoing and enthusiastic personality Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment Drive to resolve customer issues
