Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills who will eagerly accept the many challenges associated with this diverse and rewarding role.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Delivering efficient and effective HR services to all of siteTimely and accurate processing of payrollAssisting in recruitment and selection processesSupporting HR Team in the delivery of the Newlands HR StrategySupporting team in facilitating performance reviews and development plansInvolvement in organising entry-level programs such as Vacation and Graduate students
Requirements for the role include:
Experience in a similar role, preferably within mining or similar heavy industryTertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or relevant knowledge and experience in the Human Resources fieldExperience in SAP and Workday systems is highly regarded
