Due to Woy Woy's location, you must be able to get to our site via your own car, public transport or Taxi/Uber.
We are located at: 286 Railway Street, Woy Woy.
With our unique model of care which places the residents needs as your number one priority, you will help create a home away from home for our residents. The care you will provide will be person-centred, and relationship-focused, with the understanding that each individual is unique.

Some of the on-shift duties you will take on under our ‘Cottage’ Model of Care include:
Meal preparation and laundry - cooking, washing clothes, food preparation and safe storage.Personal care – showering, grooming, toileting etcProvide life engagement and interaction with other staff and families.Recognise, report and respond appropriately to changes in the conditions of residents
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a genuine passion for serving elderly people & improving quality of lifeHave knowledge & experience of people living with Dementia & their needsBe flexible and able to commit to a range of shifts including Weekday availability (PM – 1430-2115, AM 8.30-1630, 11-7) Weekend availability (including the above + AM shift 0645-1445) – Fri-Sun
Value teamwork, autonomy and sharing knowledge.Have knowledge & experience of people living with Dementia & their needs.Cert lll or Cert lV in Aged Care or be studying towards a healthcare related degree would be viewed favourably.
