What Our Nursery Managers Do
Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping.Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families.Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies.Manage a busy and thriving nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant.Identify the training needs of your team members, working with them to develop plans for their future!
Qualifications And Experience
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualificationMaths GCSEStrong leadership and management skillsPassion for early childhood educationExperience in a nursery setting.
