What you’ll be doing…
If you love storytelling, have a keen eye for design, and enjoy bringing big ideas to life, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the rollout of firm-wide communications plans and strategies
  • Creating standout digital and print materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (brochures, publications, event collateral)
  • Driving social media campaigns from concept to execution, including content planning and stakeholder engagement
  • Drafting and refining internal and external communications to reflect consistent, high-quality messaging
  • Recommending new and innovative ways to enhance digital presence and marketing efforts
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders (Partners, Directors, Executives) to identify needs and develop tailored communication strategies
What you’ll need to succeed…
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Communications Coordinator ready to take the next step, or a Marketing and Communications Executive/Adviser looking to build their experience in a professional services environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing/communications role
  • Exceptional written communication and editing skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling tools
  • A basic understanding of SEO principles for optimising digital content
  • Familiarity with website management (WordPress a bonus)
  • Experience with CRM systems and distributing EDM campaigns
  • A collaborative mindset, the ability to manage confidential information professionally, and a desire for continuous learning
