Role Overview
This role will assume responsibility for the ongoing development, enhancement and governance of a suite of residential home designs across multiple market segments. The successful candidate will work alongside an established internal architect to ensure a smooth transition of product knowledge and design leadership, ultimately assuming full responsibility for the company’s residential design direction.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience
You will be a qualified architect or experienced residential designer with a proven track record in volume housing or project homes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to balance design creativity with commercial viability. You will demonstrate sound knowledge of NCC and relevant Australian Standards and possess a practical approach to documentation and construction methodology.
