Locum Life Recruitment is working with public hospitals in need of urgent locum Emergency GP VMO or Senior Medical Officer cover.
The hospital is located in Atherton, QLD.
All travel and accommodation that is required will be provided by the hospital.
The daily rate being paid is $2076 .

Shift as rostered
About the Role:

• You will be rostered to work as a sole doctor in ED and may also work as an "in-charge" doctor if experience permits.
• You will participate in ward rounds, admissions, and discharge of ED patients.
• In some cases, you may be asked to take part in delivering out-patient clinics during business hours.
• The GP VMO will participate in the on-call roster.

You will also take part in the supervision of junior medical staff in the emergency department and will be the sole doctor on-site after hours where required.
