AHP Healthcare are excited to announce that we have officially partnered with one of the l eading community aged care/NDIS providers in Australia!Due to continued growth and expansion AHP Healthcare are currently seeking a Senior or General Speech Pathologist to join a multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals to provide therapy to aged care/NDIS clients in the community.
A snap shot of your core responsibilities:
● Be apart of a team that is highly engaged, client centric and who learn and work together in a supportive, team-based environment
● Provide community care for a number of clients
● Deliver against industry standard KPIs, whilst maintaining as much flexibility as you like
● Ensure efficient, cost effective and timely delivery of services
● Provide hands-on coaching, feedback and development support to each team
member
What do you need to be considered
● Plan, deliver and evaluate Speech Pathology services to commonwealth home support clients and other community aged care clients
● The option to treat NDIS clients as well with a mixed caseload
● Provide services and supports in collaboration with key stakeholders
● Participate in regular professional development opportunities
● Fulfil administrative requirements such as data collection and note taking
