Work in a collaborative approach with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists providing therapy to paediatric clients treating a wide variety of conditions.

Support Structure:
- New Graduates and Early Career clinicians up to 3 years experience receive weekly supervision from an in-house supervisor
- Discipline specific and cross discipline meetings fortnightly
- Gradually increasing billable targets based on your comfortability
- Collaborative work culture allows you to benefit from the support of a multidisciplinary team
- Monthly one on one meetings with the Speech Pathology Team Lead
- Fortnightly meetings with the director to check in on how you're going
- Salary of $74,000 - $100,000 + super depending on experience
- $1000 PD allowance annually
- Generous bonus structure after exceeding your KPI's
- Clinic based position with no client outreach required
- Achievable billable expectations with KPI's below industry standard
- Flexible working hours to accommodate your lifestyle
- Report writing is paid and included in work time
- Phone and MacBook laptop provided

- 2 wellbeing days annually
- Clinic based in Ascot Vale with no travel to clients required
- See predominantly paediatric and adolescent clients with the opportunity to see some adults if desired
- Varied paediatric caseload with referrals tailored to your interest area
- Provide therapy around areas including speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
