Your next role:
- Design the role to suit you - choice to work part or full time, solely in home care or split with residential aged care
- Focus on wellness - provide physiotherapy services and reablement programs to clients in Perth’s Western suburbs
- Develop, implement, evaluate and adjust comprehensive, holistic and progressive physiotherapy programs, increasing client's physical and cognitive function
- Deliver high quality therapy programs aligned with individual goals and needs
- Record accurate documentation in line with aged care legislation and funding requirements

- $51 - $62 per hour + super + salary packaging
- Full registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist and experience in home care, residential aged care, disability, acute or private practice
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with and engage clients and families
- Demonstrated ability conducting thorough assessments and creating individualised care plans
- Motivated, confident, personable and passionate about improving the quality of life of the elderly
