Join a customer-focused mutual bank with strong leadership and values of sustainability. As Product Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of the delivery of interest rate, fee, and product changes, as well as regular product performance and competitor reviews. You’ll play a critical role in driving the performance and operational effectiveness of the bank’s retail banking products to ensure alignment with customer value, regulatory compliance, and commercial objectives.What you’ll do:
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across lending and deposit products
- Lead the delivery of pricing, interest rate, fee, and product changes
- Oversee risk, compliance, audit reviews, and incident management for all product lines
- Coordinate product documentation and regulatory updates in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and leverage data insights to assess operational performance and customer outcomes
- Lead and develop a team of analysts to build a culture of innovation and accountability
- 5+ years in product management or product operations within financial services (retail banking experience preferred)
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance, and risk management
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience leading operational teams
- Expertise in operational planning, continuous process improvement, and regulatory compliance
