Your New Role
Join a leading Employment, Labour and Safety team known for delivering commercial, insight-driven legal advice with a strong focus on the latest developments in employment and industrial law. In this role, you will provide practical and strategic guidance on workplace issues across the full employment lifecycle, advising a diverse client base that includes major Australian and multinational employers, labour law regulators as well as state governments.
There are two positions available within this high-performing team: one permanent opportunity and one 12-month parental leave contract.

Your Skills Profile

• 5+ Years PQE with strong experience in general Employment or Industrial Relations within reputable private practice firm;
• Strong academics;
• Strong drafting and technical skills;
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills;
• Commitment to providing outstanding client service; and
• A genuine passion for your career.
