Hours & Remuneration
8:00am – 4:15pm (Monday – Thursday)
8:00am – 3:30pm (Friday)
Salary Range – $67,000 - $70,000 + Superannuation
Required skills & attributes:

• Background in polyurethane or mechanical experience highly regarded
• Previous experience operating industrial machinery and hand tools
• Proven history in factory or production environments
• Ideally seeking Full time stable employment
• Comfortable within the realms of cutting, assembling and processing
• Confident in factory duties consisting of grinding, sanding and finishing
• Removing parts, installing components and manual operations
• Flexible in adjusting workload to suit customer demands
• Must be able to set and operate machines with minimal supervision
• Reliable transport and punctual
• High focus on quality and productibity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced – target driven environment
• Mechanically minded with exposure to manual handling
• General housekeeping around factory and machinery
• Demonstrated ability to understand fabrication or basic machinery
• Assisting with inventory, picking, packing and safely operate within factory
• Follow instruction from experienced team members
• Self-motivation and ability to work without supervision
• Demonstrated ability to meet production targets and deadlines
• Takes ownership & pride in all their work
• An awareness of Safe Working Practices
• Ability to work within a close-knit team
• General labouring duties
• Physically fit for loading / unloading
• Awareness of product quality assurance
• Able to work unsupervised and follow instructions
• Motivated, hardworking and reliable
