One of Australia’s largest national clinical networks launching NDIS services across Melbourne require an experienced Senior NDIS Support Coordinator to shape service delivery and positively impact the lives of people with disabilities.
About the Role
We have multiple roles across Melbourne available for Senior NDIS Support Coordinators. Overseeing support coordination operations you will be instrumental in the development of person-centred plans, coordinate services, and support the clinic’s expansion into the NDIS space. This role offers an exciting blend of clinical service delivery, operational management, and leadership, what’s more the organisation offer a career succession path to senior leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage day-to-day NDIS operations within the clinic.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase client engagement and revenue.
- Create and review person-centred support plans in l with NDIS guidelines.
- Undertake risk assessments and implement safeguarding strategies.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across clinical, government, and community sectors.
- Develop service agreements, manage bookings, and monitor service outcomes.
- Promote continuous improvement and quality standards across the NDIS service team.
About You
- Senior-level experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator (Level 2 or 3).
- Strong knowledge of NDIS plan management, support categories, and compliance.
- Background in social work, community services, disability, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate with Practice Managers and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across clinic locations.
