The opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Family Lawyer to join a highly regarded family law team in Melbourne. Working in a supportive and collaborative environment under the guidance of an Accredited Family Law Specialist, you will handle a broad mix of family law matters including divorce, parenting arrangements, and property settlements.
This is a full-time position with flexibility to work both on site and from home, offering a healthy balance between professional growth and lifestyle.
Exceptional Legal Professional Required

What you’ll do:

• Manage your own files across a wide range of family law matters
• Advise and represent clients in relation to parenting, property, divorce, and financial agreements
• Attend court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Work close with an Accredited Family Law Specialist who is committed to client care and legal excellence

What you bring:

• A minimum of 4 years post admission experience in family law
• A client focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence handling complex family law matters with minimal supervision
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Current Victorian practising certificate
