You will be working for a boutique provider of administration services to life insurers and superannuation funds. They are currently expanding their company and are implementing exciting cutting-edge systems to deliver stellar service to their clients. They are looking for employees to join them during this exciting time, which means you have the opportunity to join from the ground up.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Providing an efficient and effective client service experience to all clients across superannuation portfolios
- Liaising between clients and advisers
- Processing daily Direct Debiting, banking uploads and reconciliation
- Performing mail-out preparation requirements
- Preparing reporting and analytics as required
ABOUT YOU:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role within Superannuation essential!
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Excellent administrative/coordination skills
- Team player with attention to detail and initiative
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative and flexible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
