Vision E Mobility Group seeks a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Automotive Technician at our new Bosch Service Centre is Pakenham. This position is within a startup workshop, reporting to the Senior Manager at the dealership, and involves various responsibilities to support our department's growth.About the role:
As a new team member, you will collaborate with a small but close-knit team reporting to the Senior Manager. Your role will involve the following duties:
- Ensuring that all servicing, maintenance, and repairs are performed according to the manufacturer's standards
- Conducting diagnostics, resolving faults, and completing tasks to a high standard
- Assisting with customer service and workshop maintenance tasks
- Potentially assisting with washing vehicles as needed
- Demonstrating the ambition to grow with the department as it expands
Who are we looking for?
- Experienced Qualified Mechanic, ideally with dealership experience
- Previous experience with Mahindra, JAC UTE would be superb, but not essential.
- Excellent service, repair and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Flexibility with your duties supporting a small team, pitching in to work towards a common goal.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (especially when interacting with customers)
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
