Responsibilities may include:
- Assessing and monitoring patient health
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary health team
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Providing patient and family education
- Responding effectively in emergencies
- Helping with medication
- Must have Certificate IV / Certificate III
- NDIS Clearance (or willing to get one)
- 2024 Influenza Vaccine
- Minimum 6 months of Aged Care experience
- Full working rights in Australia
- Attractive Hourly Rates $40.18/hour - day shift+ penalties +super
